Quotes are valid for 24 hours from issuance. Prices may change if the quote expires due to exchange rate fluctuations or seller price changes.

Our fee structure is transparent and all applicable charges are included in your Quote before payment:

All fees are clearly disclosed in your Quote before you confirm payment. There are no hidden charges. Korea One Trading reserves the right to adjust fee structures with 30 days' prior written notice, subject to the following: (a) fee adjustments do not apply retroactively to orders already confirmed and paid; (b) any single fee increase shall not exceed 20% of the previous rate; (c) users who do not agree to new fees may cancel their membership and close their account within 30 days of the notice without penalty; (d) fee adjustment notices will be sent via email and posted prominently on the website.

Payment must be completed in full before Korea One Trading proceeds with purchasing or shipping your items. We accept the following payment methods:

Korea One Trading does not directly store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or cryptocurrency private keys. All payment processing is handled by certified third-party payment processors. Korea One Trading has obtained Purchase Safety Certification (구매안전확인증) through Toss and Naver to ensure transaction security.

8. Cancellations, Withdrawal Rights, and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the stage of your order. In accordance with the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래법 Article 17), consumers have a statutory 7-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt of goods, subject to the exceptions listed below:

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your package (or within the statutory period applicable in your jurisdiction, whichever is longer). Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the withdrawal notice. Actual refund arrival depends on the payment method. The following items cannot be purchased, stored, or shipped through our Service. This list is not exhaustive and is subject to international shipping regulations and destination country laws:
